Coffee Creations is an ecommerce/blog/gallery/ site for the incredible artist Karen Eland.

We cycled through three or four ideas for the website over the last 6 months, and at last we settled on something that we felt would visually communicate what Coffee Creations is about. Nearly the entire website is hand painted, with minimal photoshop monkeying. To create a design that was nearly seamless, and at the same flexible was the greatest challenge of the project. I went though a few builds that looked good, but took too long to load because the look is so image intensive before I ended up with something that works.

I manage the Coffee Creations business for my sister, Karen, who is the artist behind it all. Her work is incredible, and worth checking out. Perhaps you would like a piece of coffee art yourself.
